They offered to conscript me Conscript means draft, no permission, it's compulsory, forced. The M.E. is not ready for peace. Israel/Palestine serves the Arab world's purpose to deflect criticism from their poor economies and corrupt and mostly undemocratic regimes. They seem to take turns playing the spoiler if peace breaks out. Paying them not to kill each other is an option that is pretty worn out IMO.
