ROYL has a good track record, and is in a great business. Unless there is any new info, I would say that ROYL is now in risk free buy territory. Don't forget it is a small company with a low number of shares, and less widely followed. There are always personal reasons for someone to sell, and in this situation ROYL can move down easily. But it can't go unnoticed for long. O.
