" The Question of Hegemony by William Pfaff.
Last year, William Pfaff predicted that the current era of unrivaled
U.S. dominance in the world would lead to tragic results for the
United States. He criticized the New Wilsonian vision of foreign
policy, which unites "internationalist liberals" and "unilateralist
neoconservatives" in a defense of U.S. hegemony based on a
moralistic view of American leadership. "
