Geek, I expect today's action on Zitel was anticipation of some sort of hype that will come out tomorrow as news. Would not be surprised to see them halt trading and the whole nine yards like when they announced the Nevada contract. It is their last chance before the reality of the earnings report. Just after the news release will be a great time to short IF you can get shares. I don't know how high it will go, I will guess 26.
