Elite is entitled to warrants at $2.25. These warrants are for 144 restricted shares. Elite must pay to NVEI the $2.25 for each share they desire. Hence, Elite will want the share price to not only be much higher than 2.25 in order to have any revenue, but they will also need the price to be above this level for at least a year. We see the share price rapidly rising, but you can be sure that Elite's efforts are still in the early stage. They have some very real incentive to introduce new buyers and the media to the unfolding NVEI story.
