I talked to Rennie Ho this morning (left a message with him late Friday asking him to call). I was mainly concerned with the WF10 delay.

WF10 study is still in data collection mode and still in the hands of the same CRO. The database has not yet been locked. 95% of the outstanding forms have been returned. I asked Rennie why it was taking so long to collect the final forms and he said there may have been various reasons such as delays in the follow up of a few patients or trouble reading the physicians hand writing on some forms. The Oxo takeover is very close and is a priority now.

FDA has not had any further questions wrt Pennsaid. I asked if they were reviewing labelling and he said they might be but he can't really speculate on what precisely they are doing.
