Sonera+Telia already a done deal, prees conference in Finland just ended, soon to start in Sweden. Should be available with english text in a couple of hours sonera.fi (click "Tallenne englanti" with java enabled ) Or the english language site sonera.com Sonera+Telia and, maybe in the future, Denmark, then reaching down to Germany seems now finally to become a medium "gorilla" operator for the future. Maybe even the norwegians will join now ....
