Energy policy in general? Yes. And yes the current administration finds itself more in tune with energy companies then with environmental groups. I can see why people who agree more with the environmental groups would dislike that, but it doesn't amount to a scandal, unless you would call everything that you see as being a very bad policy as a scandal.
