Thought I would revisit thread with yesterday's news release regarding finder's fee dispute. Seems obvious after speaking to a # of sources (including Tom at ICC) that this is a non-event regarding Zmax. Tom described it as " someone else's fight " but Zmax being named in any way required a release by the company. Have to agree that Zmax is way behind in the news category. Particularly regarding listing on the nasdaq. I think I've heard the phrase "a few weeks away" going on 7 months now. However... I figure the more patience I show the more this one will pay off. I got the distinct impression that the dealys in the nasdaq filing and the subsequent extension of the quiet period may be creating quite a backlog in news announcements to come after nasdaq. Let's hope so. May buy more if price comes back to 12... hope I wont regret it. Luck
