This market wants to pop-off and move dramatically higher...! But Japan with a bond rating below the 3rd worlds, and the next step in the terroist war with it's effects on oil supplies is keeping a finger on the champagne cork.

If either of those factors come about Greenspan will be lowering rates by the summer.
