It's unlimited. Technology can even clean up coal plants, but there is no leadership in that direction either. These amoral thieves could still be wealthy opportunists, if with a little imagination they encouraged profitable ventures in cleaning up and expanding the efficiency of hundreds of sources and users of energy. If it's one thing I hate, it's stupid opportunists...
