Yes, imo, it does. If people are beat up merely for the color of their skin it does make all of us less safe. We like to think that crimes won't happen to use if we are careful, and if we control our behavior. When crimes happen simply because of the way we look- something we can't control- I think it does make us all feel less safe. I've no idea why you are using caps to me- did you think I was for white people getting beat up, but against mosques being attacked? I am against all forms of violence, in case you were in any doubt.
