Hi Joel, Aussie lobsters are real nasty looking large mothers, and is to Maine lobster as the Maine variety is to crayfish. Sweet, best raw. Prices are down, because USD/HKD is up, even as clientele in HK is now much less. Locals are cutting back, and Japanese tourists are down about 25-35% YOY.
Deflation, plus recession, plus strong currency are unbeatable combo when in place for the cash rich, while in place.
I am not certain about the exact opposite's desirability: Inflation, growth, and weak currency. Gold and realty rich may like this better. Well, in any case, it is coming, and I am moving as fast as I can.
