What if you simply delay your spiritual progress UNTIL the program is erased?

The point I was responding to was about how if you where transfered in to a computer you would know what comes after life. If what comes after is some spiritual progress and it waits until the program is erased (for the sake of simplicity I won't deal with restores from backups..) then you don't, in this world, know the answer to the question "what happens next". I suppose you/your soul might know after the spiritual progress, but that has nothing to do with having been stored on a computer. If you have a soul that lives on and can recognize that it is living on, then I think you would know about what comes after physical death with or without any computer storage of your personality.
