There are three things you need to know about stoves: 1) Fire! 2) Fire! 3) Fire! what good is a nice clean cooktop if there isn't fire shooting out of it? They don't dig all those deep holes in Texas so we can cook with halogen lamps or ceramic "burners". Gimme 20,000 BTU/hr of good old natural gas flame.... or give me a coleman stove to put on top of that shiny clean "cook surface".
