Help!!! Anyone own an Armadastation II??
I bought one that arrived this afternoon. The carton, still with the Compaq worded closure tape, looked great. Unpacking the Armadastation, everything was in the carton--except the, "Installation and Operations Guide," shown on the huge, folded paper on top of everything.
Grumbling, I telephoned CPQ's technical support. The fellow put me on hold for long periods 3 times while he and his supervisor looked: no guides available. He even check (with help from his supervisor) to see if the guide was anywhere online. Nothing. The guide itself is now out of print (groan).
Yes, I could send it back, but I'd get stuck paying all the postage--$75. total. This is absurd.
I'm hoping someone here has an Armadastation II (or knows someone who does) and is willing to photocopy the guide for me.
