Yousef Re...This is why "Copy Exactly" is so important to achieve the same yield/defect density in different Fabs<<<<< Will copy exactly work combining the 200 mm with the new 300 mm fabs. Thanks for your replies to my posts today. They were very informative. Some of the best I have seen you do here.
