After that, subject to the results of the study, BAY will try to get the millions it will need to bring Alamo Dorado to production. The plan is to finance through a secondary issue of stock, possibly in the US, and through bank loans. The better the results of the feasibility study will be, the easier the financing will be. Although the parameters have change since then (silver is lower, recovery rates are higher..), we can use the numbers provided by the pre-feasibility study done in late 2000 and conclude that if silver does not collapse below $4.00, BAY should have no problem to finance its project and should take a production decision sometime later this summer.
