The Canadian Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry
date of the following warrants:
Private placement
No. of warrants: 500,000 Series E share purchase warrants
Original expiry dateApril 8, 2002
New expiry date: April 8, 2004
Exercise price: $2.25
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of one million
shares with 500,000 non-transferable Series E share purchase warrants
attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 7,
2000.
