In the same post you admitted that you know the above is false. He accepted stock instead of a cash speaking fee.

Unlike Mack McClarty, whose $100,000 "investment" probably had no business purpose for Global Crossing, Bush was hired to speak.

Does $100,000 sound like enough to make any noticeable dent in Global Crossing's cash burn? They must have been burning through that much every day. Most startups don't pan handle for a day's worth of money. They go for a few months at least.

Are you critical of Price Line's payment method for Captain Kirk? (The Price Line super computer says, he put up zilch for his stake sometimes worth millions.)

The point remains, when far left liberals try to criticize President Bush for ethical lapses that are not based in reality, they should expect to defend their accusations or be discredited. You attempted unsuccessfully to defend someone's inaccurate claims.
