To The Duke and All Softees: I wake up this AM to see that great oracle Carl Quintenilla telling me that the judge has broadened the scope of the MSFT remedy phase. What BS. The truth of the matter is what is published in this story. This CNBC outfit hates MSFT. They have taken someone else's story and projected an outcome. What freakin' garbage.

In both these stories the judge is asking the dissenters to bring in "factual information". The suggestion that up to this point the dissenters have brought nothing but speculation to the argument. On the court room steps the plaintiff attorney says" I am a happy camper" is hardly cause for CNBC's conclusion.I cannot imagine her providing remedies for a case that hasn't been tried for suspected future outcomes. I would appreciate your thoughts Duke. I mean this thing could get thrown out at the SC if she steps out and prevents MSFT from entering new fields where it doesn't hold a monopoly. Where is the precedent for this? Does she and the dissenters have the imagination to pick out which areas and from what point MSFT would be prevented from doing business? If she does this which I can't imagine her doing we have a new day dawning in tech. innovation.
