whose definition of "headway" is something different LOL! Q: why didn't Clinton do something about petro dependency? A: he certainly could have done more, but the efficiencies that the auto and petroleum interests fought against were one step. These efficiency standards by carmakers were rescinded by Bush. Q: why didn't I "squawk"? A: I made changes, both in my company and my personal energy systems, afatg. But I had no idea the extent to which criminal activities of the Bush Inc./bin Laden axis were preparing to screw the American people and the rest of the planet. It was only after the Florida debacle that I began to research Bush Inc. history, its backroom partnerships going back to WWII, current Saudi partnerships, etc etc, that I began to realize the absolute disregard to American interests, and absolute focus on Bush Inc & Friends.
