You may well be right. The problem with your analysis, though, is this: your prediction has not come to pass, the market has done what you did not expect it to do, and your analysis remains unchanged. From the point-of-view of rationality, this is troubling. One possible hypothesis -- one that runs contrary to your thesis -- is that the market will stay oversold because ......... and now some explanatory hypothesis has to be advanced. Still, at the end of this, you may well be right. I plan to trade it that way
