TXN is the one to short here. Massive valuation, nice price swings within an identifiable range and no foreseeable catalysts for old levels of growth. In some respects like MU, but with no "Scenario" <g>

I don't think 3G will be delayed for that long. I am a 2.5G (GPRS) user and it is nothing worth getting excited about. Still think the text messaging cash cow is stopping the European service providers from upgrading to a system that gives their users a better bandwidth deal, oh yeah, that and the debts those providers have.

Talking of providers, my internet provider NTL today expressed concerns over its own liquidity. Service has been abyssmal in the past few months.
