I already said I don't like the idea of hate crimes being in a special category, but if they are going to apply it in white on black crime, then it should be applied when the opposite happens. Since they didn't even know him, it's tough to understand how they hated him. When I was a teenager, I was beaten up (by other whites) because I was in the wrong part of town, so I guess that was a hate crime too.
