He is very persuasive, very confident, very beguiling, and just as reliable as a flipped coin. Some time back he PM'd me trying to get me to put money into some sort of investment pool. I did not report this to SI, but at one point (maybe as long ago as 1999) he was suspended briefly for improper activity of this kind.
