Good for you, X.

But I don't think this is anything new, or any surprise. I remember a number of the cases cited, such as "The Central Park Jogger" and Colin Ferguson. It stands to reason that there are many black-on-white crimes, along with many white-on-black crimes.

The people involved ARE prosecuted, if the case is solved. However, the point is, why are the black-on-white crimes not castigated to the same degree as "hate crimes"? This gets all mixed up with agendas, and bias in the media (IMO).

I'm in agreement with Bald Eagle, that the concept of "hate crimes" requires the government getting into people's heads, and opens a nasty can of worms all-around.
