sylvester, RE: The risk to $0 only exists if we all agree that telecoms are going totally away and we are all going to de-evolve and use smoke signals for communication. In other words, the risk of it happening is zero. The risk that LU goes to $0 is the risk that the enterprise value of LU goes under $19 billion. That is light years away from "telecoms...going totally away." You have just proven my earlier point, namely that if you don't properly recognize that there is bankruptcy risk in LU, you've got a lot of homework to do.
