You're one too! Let's see, after Clinton was elected, George Bush I was NEVER mentioned again by liberals, was he? Not even about his (apparent) myopia to the early 90's recession. When Slick (sorry; just couldn't resist) screamed out "Are you better off than you were four years ago?", he wasn't referring to George, was he? Failing to finish off Saddam never came up again, did it? Not at all. Never happened. The previous occupant of the Oval Orifice remains fair game during quite a bit of his successor's term. Get used to it. I really must say, though, that it really was considerate of the liberals to give us such a BIG FAT TARGET as Slick Willie.
