No, there is a need for the product. The principle is really very simple. Here's an analogy. We all need storage. Most people put their "stuff" in their garage. The garage is their storage. However, some people either don't have a garage, or have filled their garage to capacity. Those people have to rent an offsite storage garage to put their additional "stuff" into. STOR is like the offsite storage garage facility.

The difficulty with scale is that most people and most companies would prefer to have their "stuff" on site. It's basic human nature. I want to be able to have my "stuff" at my house.

There is and always will be a need for storage. With ever expanding utilization of electronic data format, the need for storage will continue to grow. STOR has just learned a basic lesson in human nature, and must adjust their business accordingly. From the CEO's remarks, it appears that they learned the lesson last year and are on the road to the proper adjustments.
