Ridgeland, MS, MAR 27, 2002 (EventX/Knobias.com via COMTEX) -- Vision
Twenty-One Inc (OTCBB:EYES) is trading sharply higher in the session at this
time, on volume that is 1,385% higher than its 20-day average daily share
volume.

The company has not issued any news in the past 30-days, and last filed with the
SEC on January 29 when an 8-K was submitted to the commission. A Knobias
Critical Alert was issued on that same day, highlighting certain management
changes.

The following was contained in the company's most recent 10-Q filed on November
14, 2001.

On November 10, 2000 the Company amended and restated its credit agreement dated
July 1, 1998, as previously amended. The $64,200,000 restated and amended credit
facility consists of a:

- $3,000,000 revolving loan

- $45,800,000 term loan, Quarterly principal repayments under the term loan of
$500,000 begin March 31, 2002.

- $6,400,000 convertible note with maturity dates of October 31, 2003

- $9,000,000 bridge loan which matures on March 31, 2002; The bridge loan was
reduced to $5.3 million in the first quarter of 2001, to $4.3 million in the
second quarter of 2001, to $3.8 million in the third quarter of 2001 and is
required to be further reduced by $0.5 million on December 31, 2001, with a
balloon payment due at maturity.

Knobias contacted the company regarding when the company's annual report would
be filed, but company officials were unable to give comment on a date at this
time.

Shares of the company are trading sharply higher than four of four moving
averages, and at a level higher than its 100-day technical upside price
resistance at $0.016, as calculated by Knobias technical analysis.

Vision Twenty-One, Inc. is a vision care company that is currently focused on
the management of refractive and ambulatory surgery centers and the provision of
managed care services.
