Maybe you can explain how the Pentium 4 tends to keep up with the Athlon in the majority of floating point tests, yet Sandra's "FPU Mflops" number always tends to score at 50%. With such a wide discrepancy between result and reality, I tend to disregard those results as one of the problems when running synthetic tests. If you have a better explanation, I'd love to hear it.

On the other hand, if that's the only hair you wish to split with my previous post, I'll take that as a confirmation that you acknowledge your misrepresentation of the facts earlier. Like I said, it would improve your credibility if you can try and not let that happen again.
