A couple of years ago, on another SI thread we had an extensive, and very worthwhile discussion of the foreign press and media that could help fill out the gaps and lapses that occur in the domestic coverage we get. Have seen our press edit out important news and information on too many times to trust them as my only source.

And yes, agree with you. Unfortunately we do seem to be going down the same path towards increasing market manipulation as has been seen in Japan.
