Duke: This is real cute pop article BS but none of this means anything if this judge comes down on the wrong side of this thing. What the states are asking for is a fed sponsored witch hunt into the future. They want to use the past findings of fact and project them forward into remedies that are based on what ifs. To tell you the truth this is scary. On top of that you watch the CNBC coverage and they present the voice of the anti-MSFT alliance as the source of all truth and light. I think that Enron was better treated in the courts and press and they didn't do for the world what MSFT has done.JFD
