Sandeep: You don't get it. If the dissenters get their way MSFT will have to tailor every O/S whether imbedded or not for any "developer" i.e. Redhat(repackager) at a cost that will insure that they lose $ on every O/S written.Imbedded or not the whole proposition guarantees a waste of time and $ for MSFT. Ballmer wasn't kidding; under the proposed dissenter's remedies they might as well do something else with their shareholders investment.JFD
