COGNICASE Confirmed Date for Release of Each Second
Quarter Fiscal 2002 Results

that it will hold its second quarter conference call on May 7,
2002 at 10:00 a.m. (EST). During the call Mr. Ronald Brisebois,

EVP and Chief Financial Officer will discuss Cognicase's financial
results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2002. The
financial results will be released before market open on the same
day, May 7, 2002.
