Fat chance on collecting 8 billion from Verizon now. It may not be worth 8 billion to them a year from now and they may just walk away and sue for the last 3% to be returned. Do you know if this is legal? Could the FCC sue Verizon for the $8 Billion if the won the case against Nextwave? I agree that there is very little chance that Verizon would willingly put up the $8 Billion now. There are much cheapter options available. Slacker
