i am not a legislator so i have never taken the time to think of how one should be worded. but it should state something to the effect of human life begins at conception and should be protected as such. the amendment should also contain language prohibiting euthanasia. the only time abortion should occur is as an unintended consequence to saving the life of the mother, which we all know is virtually never.
