Paul,

I agree with your analysis of AMD's poor yields, particularly
at 233mhz. I have been expressing my concern about the elevated
operating voltage of the 233mhz part as a harbinger of poor process
marginality with the K6 design. I believe that AMD has deliberately
misled their investors with the comments of the K6 being "soldout"
in Q3 and Q4. The only thing "soldout" was the shareholders !!!
