Same ole same ole... LOL

Actually that was not at all what was written...but if you can get someone to believe that pile of garbage...all the power to ya...

Your version of the cash flow discussion was interesting...wrong but interesting...

I also never made the contention that Kwok owed HRCT money...even though he had an obligation to HRCT to fulfill the "exercise agreement" and pay for the shares...

It is a very simple concept...HRCT booked the subscription receivable to record the "exercise agreement" and issued shares (did not send) according to GAAP... HRCT and Weinberg had every reason to assume that Kwok had the INTENT to do so from the action to "exercise" the agreement. Leong paid HRCT and received his shares....Kwok did not fulfill the terms of the obligation so the transaction will be reversed with no effect on HRCT's total equity... no money was received...he never recieved shares and the certificates will be/are canceled which will decrease outstanding shares...

The fact is...you were completely wrong concerning Kwok receiving shares and that HRCT would have a loss of equity from a write-off from the reversal of the subscription receivable transaction... Of course instead of making a phone call...you go on and on...

Your "assumption" is also incorrect concerning the gain to be booked on Phan's returned shares...A gain will not be recognized by the "returning" of the shares... they are recorded at par value... But at least you admitted that you have no clue...

The gain is recorded when/if the shares are used to raise cash or reduce debt and the gain is equal to the “value’ of that transaction minus the par value…

Again your "assumption" is incorrect...

I never received any warrants from hartcourt or paid $1.11...nor were your dates accurate but hey...besides that you were pretty close…LOL

I received 5K for consulting services rendered in 1999... (For the fifth time) they were restricted for 1 year and I have not registered them or sold them to date...
You will be the first to know when I do…LOL

You can accuse, twist, name call, all you want...in the end...you still had it wrong...

What a collosal waste of time...
