Paul, IMO after the bad earning report comes out, in the next day or so, the price may spike down sharply, but then should recover quickly because the shorts won't see anymore down side and begin covering. I see a move to $1.21 soon (month, or two) and $5-6 in 1-2 years. The economy is improving and energy independence will become a real issue.

Harken has taken all it's non-domestic operations and moved them to the Global Energy sub. Since Harken holds the 93% of the Global shares, short term the market cap should remain the same. IMO the creation of Global allows Harken the ability to raise funding for exploration without direct dilution of HEC. It may also be a place to hide debt and localize risk to the parent Harken.

Nobody likes a stock that's cheap, they'll like it more when it's expensive. <VBG>
