Hi, all - I was looking through old SH posts, trying to find a post on the long-term fate of firms using Acqua (no trends, either positive or negative: Acqua seems to have a neutral effect).

Found a post I made predicting that DMX would be above $8 on 1 March. Some were even anticipating J+J, by now.

"I know how that Dundee seller must feel, since I personally purchased shares after the FDA announcement, thinking I would never see the $4's again. In fact many people who thought like myself and the Dundee trader, likely were even willing to extend the margin thinking this was a sure thing now. Those people who bought on margin are likely getting calls at this level forcing them to sell and cut their losses. Another perfect example of this is the Union (06)sell of 20,000 a couple days ago. Those 20,000 were bought shortly after the FDA NR, as well."

There are lots of conclusions to be drawn. Let's hope that we don't get a slough of margin calls, or we could be visiting the 3's again.

From a purely personal viewpoint, though, anything around $3.70, where I made my first small buys, would prompt me to buy more.

Is today's volume indicative of anything in a general way? I think not - it's just too light.

This is a baffling, frustrating stock for many. It eludes prediction.

Yet, it's only fair to say that DMX continues on course, the ostensible positives remain positive, and there is no overt sign of negative news.

The one conclusion that is reinforced, IMO, is the idea that when DMX chooses to start its march to share price stability and NASDAQ, it is going to have address the question of effective IR and news management.

NASDAQ listing, in and of itself, will bring greater transparency to DMX. But before that point is reached, it seems clear that a wall of skepticism will have to be breached.

The thing that intrigues me most about the Mystery Investor from Dundee is why he chose to take a loss. The TA looks bad, but the FA is unchanged. We may not know when, but we have very good reason to expect positive news 'in the near future', as they say.

Regards,

Jim
