On all aspects of what technology are you talking about? Qualcom's primary area of patents is on CDMA technology, not 4G OFDM modulation schemes, smart antenna array technology, mesh networking etc. that are going into the next generation of digital data/IP centric wireless systems. Show the patents that you think Qualcom should claim for the wireless metro area networking or other developing specifications and I might change my mind but in my search of the patent filings I do not see Qualcom. Go visit the IEEE 802.11-802.16 sites and the U.S. PTO site.
