Intel claims in their lawsuit that AMD's new strategy of announcing products before actual samples could be purchased not only breached Intel's trademarks and patents, but was also an Intel trade secret. Spunky Intel also served a DMCA violation notice on the hard-nosed AMD, forcing them to withdraw product information for every item not currently in stock.
