Is it all black people that collect? What about the ones that had no ancestors here? They get money just because they are black? What about the people that weren't here when slavery was around, that came here after 1865? Do they have to pay, also? Do black people have to pay black people? They sold them into slavery from various parts of Africa.

Can I collect based on the mental pain and anguish I felt when I watched roots on TV? Where do I sign up for this free money? I want my share.
