A case of swivel-head and wry neck
Have you seen some people with strange habits on the streets? For not having eyes on all sides, they keep looking front, right, left and behind like clockwork esp around the Islamic centers, paki houses, paki establishments, and middle east establishments and dwellings. Reason: They think they are being watched and followed. Yes, it is true. From rubbernecking and swiveling of the head so often, they develop wry neck and that is one of the signs of nefarious intent or plain paranoia. If you walk on the streets with a swivel-head and a wry neck, don't be surprised that you are picked up for questioning. For the same reason, they go the hospital ER, where they can be picked up for a wry neck, so that they can be put through a wringer of questioning.
