Not that I am aware of -- likely the GI tract would break it down and render it ineffective.

But that does not matter. I do not envision people having to take it that frequently. I suspect too that if it is approved and gains acceptance, and the safety profile is better appreciated, they may even allow it to be administered via a homecare-like service. But that is still some time in the future. That would reduce the costs of administering it.
