Each standards group under the IEEE lists companies that have filed to license the IP they believe relevant to implementation of the standards. Please show me any such submission by Qualcomm with respect to .11 or .16. Qualcomm keeping track of 4g developments by attending a few meetings has little to do with them having *any relevant* IPR**... Rob standards.ieee.org ieee802.org
