Pakistan is willing to change its existing policy so as to allow American troops to enter its territory in pursuit of Al-Qaeda suspects, according to its Foreign Minister, Abdul Sattar. "There is no problem. U.S. forces can cross the border into Pakistan if necessary. We should discuss it,'' Mr. Sattar has told The Washington Times in a telephone interview from Geneva, where he is attending meetings of the United Nations Human Rights Commission.
