Burt: I copy your post on the Prodigy BB and add this: Betty - Christ: During our visit at the company, I believed I asked the question was that company using Norris technology. Did not Wendy indicated that they (company) were looking into it. Also, if the company believed it was it would first approach this company to sign on as a licensor before taking any legal action???? Was it a camera company??? Wendy did indicated the company holds the patent on removable flashmemory??? Hoping for better times in the near future. Received the shareholders material today. Have to vote with the company. I do not really like to see that much of an increase in the shares. 40 - 45 Million would of been enough. The preferred is an overkill, but I guess the company wants to get all it can as a Delaware Corp. The preferred could be a drap, if issued, when the company starts to make money.
